Good base camp or overnight stay. Grassy and trees. Small lake for fishing. Quiet. Restrooms and laundry old, showers in poor shape.
Low cost, no frills campground. Close to interstate, which is convenient for getting around but there is considerable noise from it. Nice fenced dog park. Very dog friendly. Bath and laundry facilities in need of update but clean.
Very nice people who run the place. Helpful, kind, and they go out of the way to make you feel at home. Very quiet, and convenient location. Extremely pleased.
Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy. Sand/dirt and grass. Mostly long term folks but areas are kept fairly decent. Club house is in serious need of replacement (at least from the outside - didn't go in); understand owners will be fixing and updating things this summer. Disappointed by the lake. Staff pleasant as are most of the neighbors. Just off I-95 but not close to anything. Walmart, Lowe's and Home Depot and some restaurants are 10-15 miles to the south. Family of sand cranes roam the area. Fun to watch the way they walk. Fenced dog park with bags and waste can at gate, but there are always those folks who think they don't have to pick up their dog's waste. (Unfortunately, we've come across that in almost every park.) We stayed for a month in a 5th Wheel. Would stay here again
It is really nice there and you can camp and it is 445 dollors for rent and it is beautiful
